All members receive a copy of this manual during their New Member Orientation. Members should check back often as this document does change, and all members are expected to be familiar with any change in policy.

Fill out this form to begin the membership process, your membership is completed when you’ve paid membership dues, attended an orientation and signed an agreement with our policies form. You must be an active member to use WinCAM equipment and fill out this form at the beginning of the calendar year in order to have your membership renewed.

Use this template for your Community Bulletin Board Submissions. WinCAM will promote your non-profit events and announcements free of charge.

WinCAM depends on the efforts of volunteers, we cannot guarantee coverage of all events submitted. Please submit requests no later than two weeks prior to the event.

Cablecast Request Forms are required for every WinCAM program, please remember that resident sponsors may also be required for import programming.

Fill in the form to request programming you would like to see aired on WinCAM.

While not required, it’s a good idea to have the signed permission of the people who will appear on your shows.

WinCAM members can use equipment or production facilities for personal or commercial use.
