WinCAM ANNOUNCES ON-DEMAND PROGRAMMING
Beginning Friday, April 27th
WinCAM isn't network TV. No trashy reality shows, long commercial breaks or million-dollar budgets here. However, one thing WinCAM now will have in common with the networks is the capability to serve our viewers on their terms. Starting on April 27th, viewers will be able to watch local programming on-demand, 24 hours a day on wincam.org. Did you miss the most recent Winchester Board of Selectmen Meeting? Want to see that WHS lacrosse game again? Now you can tune in anywhere, anytime. The easy-to navigate on-demand player is embedded right in the home page. You can even watch on your tablet or smart phone! Simply log on to wincam.org and select the file you want to view. You can even watch it full-screen.
Also built into the player is a scrolling banner space which will allow local establishments to promote their business while supporting WinCAM's efforts. Through a small, monetary or in-kind donation to WinCAM, local businesses will be acknowledged in a dedicated space within the player - but never over the video like some of those other video service sites. This is a great way to promote your business to potential local customers - and it's less expensive than you might think.
WinCAM is proud to offer this exciting new service. It's just another reason why WinCAM is Winchester's source for local, member-based media. And don,t forget: a lot of what you'll see on WinCAM channels is produced by volunteer, resident producers - and you can do it too. For more information on membership opportunities, underwriting opportunities or other WinCAM programs or services, call us at 781-721-2050 or stop by and see us. We're at 80 Skillings Road, in the back of Winchester High School.

Sports at WinCAM
Calling all students and parents
Do you think there is a severe lack of town sporting events broadcast on WinCAM? We have purchased new user-friendly cameras and equipment in the hopes of recruiting several parents for each sport to record these games. The more sports the better!
We will also have students helping out with these productionsmaking the turn around to getting events onto the station extremely quick. Soon new technology will allow us to go live from anywhere in town!
If you are an interested parent or student please contact WinCAM.
