Wincam - Winchester Community Access and Media

All class participation, unless otherwise noted, requires a WinCAM Membership and Orientation session. All classes are held at the new WinCAM facility, located at 32 Swanton Street.

WinCAM New Member Orientation

1 session, 60 minutes - required; by appointment

Orientation is a very important step in getting started with your membership at WinCAM. In fact, your membership is not considered active until you have attended the Orientation and have signed the Agreement with Policies form at the end of the session.

This informative discussion is required of all new members of WinCAM, but is necessary to complete only once. In the Orientation, individuals or groups will receive a copy of and become familiar with WinCAM's Policies & Procedures Manual - a set of rules and guidelines for use of WinCAM's equipment and facilities which is developed and approved by WinCAM's Board of Directors.

This is also a valuable time for the Executive Director of WinCAM (or his designee) to get to know the new members and become acquainted with their goals. Once the Orientation is concluded, a course of action is established that will help the member(s) reach their aspirations.
