WinCAM’s Annual Meeting Takes Place November 8
Every year, the board, staff and members of WinCAM gather at the Annual Meeting. This meeting is a required and important part of WinCAM’s operation. While WinCAM Board meetings are typically open to anyone who would like to attend, the Annual Meeting provides a snapshot of the financial health and the prospective direction of the organization. Perhaps the most important part of the evening is the election to the Board of Directors. WinCAM’s board includes two seats which are elected by the active members of WinCAM – ensuring that the voices of the people who utilize our offerings the most are represented.
By now, you should have received the Notice of Election in the mail. If you didn’t receive it, please check in with the WinCAM staff to see if your membership is active. Please consider running for a seat on the WinCAM Board of Directors. You can get the process going by emailing Executive Director, David Gauthier – firstname.lastname@example.org.
Even if you’re unable to run for the board, we hope we’ll see you on November 8th, starting at 7:00 pm in Studio A. Dinner will be served and after the business portion of the meeting, we will debut our “Best of WinCAM 2017” video. We hope to see you HERE!
